100 W. Sycamore St.
See Gallery: Before, During, & After!
This house was built in 1960 and sits atop the hill where Sycamore Street meets Greenvalley Ave. With 1760 square feet, it boasts 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, ample living areas, a central kitchen, a covered garage, and a back deck.
This project has focused on cosmetic changes since the house already has plenty
of space and a good floor plan. Walking in the front door you are lead easily through the living room, dining room, and den since they all flow together nicely around the kitchen. Through the back door is a partially covered deck that overlooks the back yard. The long kitchen has views of the fireplace, and the interior window over the sink allows for natural light.
The hall has access to a full bath, a linen closet, the laundry services and all 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have double-door closets, except for the master bedroom which has 2 double-doors opening up to its extra wide closet. The master bedroom also has its own, private bath room. The master bedroom sits at the corner of the house, as well as another bedroom, allowing it to have 2 walls with windows for added natural light and natural ventilation.
Since it is central to everything Fayetteville, it is just a short drive to anywhere in the city (including the University of Arkansas and downtown).
